This lumbar support pillow combines targeted USB-powered vibration therapy and heat therapy both with many modes, to deliver daily comfort and lower back relief. Built-in vibration motors help loosen muscle tension and improve circulation, while the heating function provides steady warmth to ease stiffness and discomfort. Multiple rhythmic massage modes are included to simulate varying intensities for an added layer of relaxation, making it ideal for long hours of sitting at home, in the office, or while traveling. The FeelThera BackReboot is powered by the included 6-foot USB-C cable and must remain plugged in during use — no charging required. The first time you connect the cable to the lumbar pillow, it may require firm pressure until you hear a click.

Once connected, press and hold the button for the feature you want: Massage, Heat, or Both. The buttons will light up to indicate the settings:

• Red = High intensity
  
• Blue = Medium intensity
  
• Green = Low intensity
  

For heat, the same color system applies to adjust the heat level. Simply tap the buttons to cycle through the modes. To turn the backrest off, hold down the active button(s) down or unplug the device.

1. Don’t leave it at the bottom of the chair.

Slide the pillow higher up your back — place it directly behind the area you're targeting. Leaving it low on the chair reduces its effectiveness.

2. Massage starts gentle — that’s on purpose.

During the first 60 seconds, the massage may feel light. This is a warm-up phase where the nodes gradually increase in pressure and rotation speed.

3. Heat builds gradually.

The heat feature is designed to warm up slowly. You’ll notice the full effect after a minute or two — this prevents sudden heat spikes and keeps it safe for longer sessions.

Give it a minute to ramp up. Trust us, you’ll feel the difference.

4. The heating effect of this product may vary depending on the environment.
5. Do not use this product simultaneously with other heating devices.
6. This product is a heating massage product and cannot replace medication.
7. It is recommended to use this product for no more than 30 minutes per session to avoid skin burns or overuse.
8. This product only supports use with 5V power adapters that have passed 3C certification. Using non-3C-certified 12V or 24V power adapters is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
