Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed outside the U.S. are not accepted at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout. You can use that tracking link at any time to view the status of your shipment.
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us first to start a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@feelthera.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide the next steps to resolve it.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must complete a return according to our Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, industry standard payment gateways. FeelThera does not store or have access to full credit card details.
